FIFA Rules


  • All teams must create and use a non-branded crest their club. As well as, a light and dark jersey option.

  • All clubs have a minimum roster size of 5 players

  • Any player that isn’t on your club’s official roster and plays will result in your club forfeiting. Repeated offenders will lose their manager and be banned for the remainder of the season.

  • If a manager leaves a club, someone on the club may take over with league approval. If the entire team leaves, all players will be released from the roster into the free agent pool.

  • Managers cannot manage two different teams in one season

  • If manager resigns during a season, he/she cannot play for any other club in the league other than their current club for the rest of the season.

  • Anyone found verbally abusing other players in any form will be banned from the site.

  • Players signed with one club but, found guilty of playing with another club on a separate account will be banned from the league.

  • Players who allow a banned or otherwise illegal player to play on their account will be banned from the league.


  • All clubs must play with someone in the ANY position. Otherwise, the match will result in that club forfeiting.

  • Each club must have a minimum of 4 players to participate in the match. If a player drops out during play, resulting in less than 4 players participating, that club will be issued a warning. Repeated offenders will be penalized a point for each offense, on the league table.

  • Goal Keepers are not allowed.


  • Home club must send game invites to the opposing club.

  • Any goal(s) scored before a club quits or lags out still stands when the match is restarted.

  • Once a full 90 minutes is completed, the match is considered final and stats should be submitted to the league.

  • Club that don’t meet the match times set by the league will receive a forfeit loss unless a reschedule is agreed by both Managers.

  • If a club plays with an illegal player (red card or a player not on official roster), they will receive an automatic loss.

  • If a club forfeits / receives an automatic loss more than two matches in a season, the manager will be removed from the roster for the remainder of the season.

  • All managers have the right to quit out of a match (with proof) and call for a restart, if the opposing club (a) started a match with a GK (b) started a match with less than 4 (c) played without an ANY.

  • Forfeits / Automatic losses will result in a 3-0 scoreline for the winner with no stats counted for either team.

  • No team is allowed to play a formation with 5 defenders at the back at any time or the match will result in that club forfeiting.

  • Blocking the goalie at any time during the game is not allowed. If your team is found guilty, you will receive a default loss. (Ex: A player stands next to the keeper during a set piece and moves as he moves to prevent his natural range of motion as the ball is played in. If the player were to go near the goalie but move a couple of seconds before the ball is kicked, that would NOT be considered blocking the keeper.)

  • 5 yellow cards in a season will result in a 1 match ban.

  • 2 yellow cards for the same player in the same match will result in a 1 match ban.

  • A straight red card is a 2 match ban. You can appeal the suspension by sending a video clip of the foul to the league. If the league determines the foul unintentional, the suspension may be overturned and the player made immediately eligible for the next match.


  • Managers will be given three official reschedules per season where the opposing team must accommodate the request. 

  • Managers must inform their opponent that they are attempting to reschedule at least two hours prior to the start  time. Once a manager has communicated to the opposing club that they wish to reschedule, they must also contact the league.

  • If a manager asks for a reschedule within two hours of the scheduled game time, it is then up to the discretion of the opposing manager. 


  • Each manager (Home and Away) must submit stats immediately following each match.

  • Stats must be video recorded after every game played with video proof of stats. Managers must submit the twitch link along with the stats in the game in the submission form.

  • The manager must include the match highlights in the Twitch stream, also the on screen stats.

  • All stats must be 100% clear for the league to understand. If they are not, you run the risk of the stats being unable to be recorded.

  • All stats must be submitted within 2 hours of the match conclusion. No excuses.

  • The league can request for proof of stats at any time. If a manager is found guilty of blatant stat padding, they will be subject to a permanent ban from the league.

  • FIFA 19 stats are final. No alterations are to be made / submitted under any circumstances.



  • DEFENDERS (RB, LB or CB) & ANY – Clean Sheets / Goals / Assists / Games Participated / Yellow Cards / Red Cards

  • ATTACKERS & MIDFIELDERS – Goals / Assists / Games Participated / Yellow Cards / Red Cards



  • Only managers can put a player up for sale or release a player from their roster.

  • Player values are listed on each player page.

  • New players to the league will be assigned a league minimum value of 1,000 credits.
  • All players must be bought for equal to their “value” or more.

  • Two season max on player contracts.
  • If a transfer or release takes place, managers must buy out the remainder of a players contract (50% per season) to the league.

  • Players max out at $100,000 in value. Any player worth that much who is sold must be sold for $100,000 in addition to 50% per season of the player’s contract.

  • All managers and players involved in a transaction will receive a confirmation email. 

  • All player transactions must be completed in the designated windows.

  • If a player leaves a club to become a manager of an expansion club, the original club will receive 100% per season credit back to their budget.

  • If a manager leaves a club, someone on the team may take over from them with admin approval. If the entire team leaves, all players will be released from the roster into the free agent pool.

  • Managers may purchase additional funds for the club budget at any time.


  • There will be 2 (two) separate divisions – Division One and Division Two.

  • Clubs will play each other a minimum of twice per season (depending on the total number of clubs).

  • End of season standings will be decided based upon the highest point totals. Should a tie in the standings occur the leader will be determined by –  Head to Head record, Goal Differential, Total Wins, Goals For, Goals Against. 

  • At the end of each season, the bottom 2 (two) teams from Division One will be relegated to Division Two for the next season. The top 2 (two) teams from Division Two will earn automatic promotion to the Division One. 

  • The league champion will receive a bonus their club budget.


  • The OPEN Cup is a one leg knockout cup involving all clubs in which matches are played during the season. 

  • There will be a randomized draw to determine the matchup for each round. Clubs will move on one round at a time until the Final.

  • The final winner will receive a bonus to their club budget.
